Contrary to 10 CFR Part 50, Appendix B, criterion V: Weld-ing electrode issue times were not being entered on electrode issue forms WD-3 as required by United Engineers and Con-structors Procedure MCP-2-2, Paragraph 3.3.1, for the control of coisture in low-hydrogen electrodes.
