Dear Mr. Mulholland:
This will confirm our telephone conversation this morning concerning my request for hearing space.
I understand that you have reserved Courttaos No. 2 for use by a three-cccher Atomic Safety and Licensing Board for seven days of public hearings beginning at 9:30 a.m. on May 2, running through the 6th and continuing through the 9th and 10th of the following week.
As I was told, the Licensing Board spoke to you about the >by 2-6 period, and I discussed with you this morning the 9th and 10th. The hearing is in the catter of Metropolitsu Edison Company's Three Mile Island nucicar facility; approxi=ately 50 to 75 persons may be ex-pected to attend.
