I would like to recuest a limited apeearance at the !!RC hearings being held in Harri sturg, Pa. on May 2, 1977.
Could you also please send the following:
1-a copy o f the '!RC reculations which define the fo ro o f the te s tirony, the length o f time allowed and any other recuirements fo r a limited appearance.
2-a copy of the NRC reculations which define the procedure and form one =ust follow to become an inte-venor in En NRC licensing 2
p ro c edu re.
3-a schenatic <liagram which shows the interrelationships and functions of ell the different branches o f the NRC such ar the Atomic Safety and Licensing Ecard, the NRC stal"f, the Advisory Committee on Reac+wr Safe 5uards, etc.
Please note that a public affairs bmcure le not acceptable. I would like copies o f the actual regulations.
I would appreciate a prompt response to these requests as time is very short.
