receipt of the application was published in the Federal Recister en May 28,1974 (39 F.R.18497). Notice of availability of the applican*a' Envircreental Report dated December'.10,1971 was published in the Federal _

Register en June 24, 1972.

The Environmental Report Supplement 2, Operating License Stage, updates the discussion of enviremental considerations related to the operation of the propcsed facility set forth in the Enviremental Report dated December 10, 1971, as amended, and indicates the resul+a of ongoing monitoring progr r,s.

Both documents are available for public insoection at the Ccroission's Public Docu:nent Rom,1717 H Street, N.W., Washington, D.C, 20555, and at the Goverment Publications Section, State Library of o"'<=>

Front Street, Harrisburg, Pennsylvania 17102.

Af ter the Enviremental Report Supplement 2, Operating License Stage, has been analyzed by the Cocnission's Division of Reactor Licensing staff, a draft envirornental statement will be prepared. Upon preparation of the draft enviromental statement, the Ccroission will, among other things, cause to be pt:blished in the Federal Register a su: mary notice of avail-ability of the draft statament, with a request for ccenents frcn interested persons on the drdt statement. The surmary notice will also contain a statement to the effect that cocnents of Federal agencies and State and local. officials will e made available when received. The draft environ-mental statement will focus on any matters which differ frcm those previously discussed in the Final Enviremental Statment dated December,1972. Upon consideration of ccr:ments submitted with respect to the draft enviremental statement, the staff will prepare a final enviremental statement, the availability of which will be published in the Federal Recister.
