STATION, UNIT 2 NOTICE OF ISSUANCE OF AME.GtEST 'IO FACILITY OPEPATING LICENSE Tne U.S. Nuclear Regulatory Com.ission (tne Comission) nas issued Amendment 3 to Facility Operating License No. DPR-73, issued to the Metropolitan Edison Ccmpany, Jersey Central Power & Light Company, and Pennsylvania Electric Ccmpany, for operating of tne Three Mile Island Nuclear Station, Unit 2 (tne facility), located in Caupnin County, Pennsylvania. The amendment is effective as of its date of issuance.
'Ihe license is amenced cy deleting certain conditions which have been satisfied, by adding a new concition and clarifying anotner, and by correcting a typographical error.
Tne application for the adendment complies witn the standards and requirerents of the Atomic Energy Act of 1954, as amendec (the Act), and the Com.ission's rules anc regulations. Tne Comission nas mace appropriate findings as required by tne Act and the Co=ission's rules and regulations in 10 CFR Chapter I, which are set fcrth in the license acendment. This arendment recoves certain te. oorary restrictions on operating at full rated power wnica were conditicns to tne Facilit Operating Licenre do.
