MODE 2 Cur Office of Inspection and Enforcemnt has informed us that you have acceptably comleted the ites identified in the acended Attachment 2 to Operating License DPR-70 as required to be c:: pleted prior to initial entry into operational Mode 2 (startup).
Accordingly, pursuant to the amended Attachrrnt 2 to Operating License DPR-73, you are hereby authorized to proceed to operational 1-bde 2 (startup) at Three Mile Island Nuclear Station, Unit 2. unless otherwise constrained by additional requiremnts of the Facility Operating License as amended through Acendment No. 3.
