Uone appeared, no on March 15 I wrote to 2. ' *ull e r a skin e-when the hearin~3s ';.ould be held. His answer implied that the hearin~,a "ere essentially over but that he was foruarding my letter to Harley Silver o f the NRO. staff for the info mation on the henrings.

I waited. So raply from Silver. It w'.s at thin peint that I contncted -
