i The Application for a Special :inclear Material License "cr stcrage only of fuel elements fcr Three Mile Island Unit 2 filed en uly 13, 1976 is a= ended as follevs:

The =ajority of the perse=el involved in he receipt inspection and ulti= ate storage of the new fuel for TM-2 are persc=el who vere involved in the same evolutien for TC-1.
The qualifications of these perscnnel and the training progra= utilized on T:C-2 are described in Sectiens 13.1.3 and 13.2 of the "'C-2 FSAP..
These perscnnel are also required to attend a retraining program which includes F.=ergency Pla- *ng and F.adiatien Centroi '< Safety.

necessity, confidential =aterial. The Applicant vill, as part of this progra=, during the ti= s peried t'-a+
