Executive Sessica (Closed) - The Ccanittee will -

meet in cloced executive sessica to e.xchange and discuss the perscnal opinions of i.dividual ce:hers leading to the fc c ulaticn of advice and recc=mendations regarding candidates for AGS membership, ro-e cedures for ccnduct of ACFS meetings and prcpcsed prccedures for ACRS discussiens with representatives of foreign govern ents.

'Ihe Ccamittee will also discuss the individual cpinicns and recca-rendations of ACPS members and ccasultants who may be present regarding prcposed ccnstruction of the Marble Hill Nuclear Generating Statica Units 1 & 2.

Marble Hill Nuclear Generatina Statica Units 1 & 2 (Cren) - The Ccmittee will :rnet with representatives of the appl'icant and the NEC Staff to hear precentaticns and hela discussicas regarding the recuest for a construction permit for this facility.

Portions of this session will be closed if reqaired to discuss proprietary information related to the design, constructicn or operation of these units.

Closed porticns vill also be held if necessary to discuss security provisions for this facility and for Cc:anittee deliberative sessions.

Proposed ACF5 activities, candidates for appointment to the Cc=nirtee, and reports en generic matters such as management of radicactive wastes and the Reactor Safety Study (W.SE--1400) will also be discusscd.

I have determined in accordance with subsecticn 10(d) of Public Law 92-463 that it is necessary to close portions of the meeting as noted chcve to protect proprietary data (5 U.S.C. 552(b) (4)), to protect the free exchange of opinica during the Ccan!ittee's deliberative process (5 U.S.C.

552(b) (5)) and to protect infocatica which, if released, would represent an undue invasica of privacy (5 U.S.C. 552(b) (6)). Practical censideraticns may dictate alteraticns in the abcVe agenda or schedule. The Chairman of the Cc=ittee is egeered to conduct the meeting in a manner that in his judg.ent will facilitate the orderly ccn -

duct of business, including provisicas to carry over an inccqleted cpen session frca cne day to the next.
