...a ac The U.S. Nuclear Regulatory Cc=ission (the Cc=issien) has issued Amendment 2 to Facility Cperating License No. CPR-73, issued to the Mettcpolitan Edison C0gany, Jersey Central Power & Light Ccepany, and Penncylvania Electric Ccgany, for operating of the Three Mile Island Nuclear Station, Unit 2 (the facility),16cated in Dauphin County, Pennsylvania. The amendment is effective as of its date of issuance.
The license is amended by deleting certain conditions wnich have been satisfied, by requiring ig lementation of features to ig rove ie capability of the fire protectica syster, and by correcting errata in and completing certain Technical Sp2cifications.
The application for the amendment coglies with the standards and requirements of the Atonic Energy Act of 195'., as arcnded (the Act), end the Cc=ission's rules and regulaticns. "he Co=ission has :nade appropriate findings as required by the Act and the Cc=ission's rules and regulaticns in 10 CFx t~gter I, which are set forth in the license amendment.
