Please note that Mr. David Lithgow is an employee of Trans International Airlines; the employment of the other individuals is indicated on each subpoena. Also, although subpoenas have been issued for two pilots em-ployed by Evergreen International Airlines, it is to be understood that Capt. Ufford is the only expected witness; Capt. C11shman has been sub-noenaed to testify only in the event Capt. Ufford is unable to appear.
