_ MEMORANDUM July 27, 1978 The first complete sentence on c. age 30 of the slip opinion in AD.B-4 8 6, 3 NRC (July 19, 1973) is amended to read as follows:
With limited exceptions not relevant here, a claimant would have to prove only causation and the severity of any injury in order to recover damages.
The amendment adds the words " causation and" af the word "only".
The copy of ALAB-486 transmitted for publication in the MRC Reports will reflect this amendment.
