SUBJECT:
BOARD NOTIFICATION - THREE MILE ISLAND 2 I recommend that the enclosed Part 21 reccrt regarding a gouged pipe spool piece, wherein seme of the gouges were hidden by a weider, be sent to the Three Mile Island 2 Hearing Board for their information.
As noted in the report, the deficiency is the hiding of the gouges ar.d not the fact that gouges were burned in the pipe.
