Docket No. 50-320 (Three Mile Island Nuclear Station,
)
Unit No. 2)
)
)
MEMORANDUM AND ORDER September 18, 1978 We assume all parties to this proceeding are in possession of a copy of the Commission's September 15, 1978 order.
We further assume that the applicants and the NRC staff will endeavor to determine expeditiously the effect, if any, that that order is likely to have upon their ability to file and serve prepared testimony by October 30, as provided in our August 16, 1978 order.
Although it may not be possible now to ascertain how much time will be required to make that determination, we would think that within two weeks or so those parties should be able to make a reasonably informed judgment respecting whether the October 30 deadline is still a realistic one.
