The revised draft of NEI 17-07 is attached. Absent additional comments from NRC, this is the version we plan to use for the newly developed method peer review pilot process.

In addition to the discussion below, we did not include internal flood references in section 6.5 because an internal flood peer review and internal events peer review can be done at the same time, so these requirements are N/A for internal flood.
