Purpose:
To discuss Duke Energy's plans to revise all the above facilities emergency plans to merge them into one common plan (with site-specific annexes) that is consistent with draft NUREG-0654/FEMA-REP-1, Revision 2 (ADAMS Accession No. ML14163A605), as updated by the alternative guidance in the NRC letter to the Nuclear Energy Institute dated June 12, 2018 (ADAMS Accession No. ML18022A352).
