This is to acknowledge receipt of your letter dated July 18, 2019, writing in support of the request for specific exemptions to allow PG&E to withdraw $187.8 million from the Diablo Canyon Nuclear Decommissioning Trust to fund decommissioning planning activities to support direct transition to decommission upon permanent cessation of operations - provided it is consistent with current and future safety requirements.
