- Steve, So sorry, I was in a meeting that went long. I just got out.
With regard to the status of the FSEIS, We have drafted responses to the DSEIS public comments and are working on the final versions of the responses, along with associated revisions to the FSEIS. In addition to FSEIS revisions in response to public comments, revisions are also being made to update information in the FSEIS to include the latest available environmental information and data.
Addressing FPL and NPS comments has taken more time than we expected. In addition, some of our staff have been pulled away to support our attorneys as they try to address the latest contentions that have been filed. As a result, our management is considering pushing back the issuance of the FSEIS from August to September. However, a final decision on this has not yet been made. Ill keep you informed about this.
