50-320, on Dece:ber 20, 1977 Chia dato gives interested parties the coct inappropriats and unavailable time cf the whola year (the Christ:aa holiday) to digest the dritial decf.cion and prepare an exception. The avsraze intorested party would not even receive the initi-1 decision docu=ent until Dscember 27, because of being away for the holidays. I just happened to be ho=3, and only than rocsivsd it on Decs=ber 23. Den this is a totally inadequate tine to the serving digest and re,5 pond t.a it over a holiday period. In addition to this, cf this date, while inconveriencing appelanta, gives any other party planty of past holiday time to opr:,se ths exceptions.
