NRC STAFF MOTION TO CONTINUE SUBPOENAS On March 14, 1979, at the request of counsel for the NRC Staf f Chairman Rosenthal issued subpoenas commanding the attendance of Messrs. Thomas C. Mangold, Edward W. Beuerlein, Donald L. Ufford, Daniel Clishman, and David Lithgow, at the hearing in this proceeding scheduled to commence on April 4, 1979.

In light of the postponement of this hearing pursuant to the Appeal Board's Order of April 2, 1979, the Staff moves to continue these subpoenas until such time as the hearing is rescheduled.
