ACKNOWLEDGEMENT OF CENTRUS ENERGY CORP. REQUEST TO WITHDRAW ITS REQUEST TO TERMINATE THE AMERICAN CENTRIFUGE LEAD CASCADE NRC MATERIALS LICENSE: (EPID NO. L-2018-DF1-0001)
Dear Ms. Wiehle:
The purpose of this letter is to acknowledge your June 27, 2019 request (Agencywide Documents Access and Management System [ADAMS] Accession No. ML19186A286) to withdraw your August 9, 2018 request (ADAMS Accession No. ML18249A310), to terminate the American Centrifuge Lead Cascade Facility NRC materials license SNM-7003. This action closes CAC/Docket/EPID 000224/07007003/L-2018-DF1-0001.
In accordance with Title 10 of the Code of Federal Regulations, 2.390, Hearing requests, petitions to intervene, requirements for standing, and contentions, of the NRCs Agency Rules of Practice and Procedure, a copy of this letter will be available electronically for public inspection in the NRC Public Document Room or from the Publicly Available Records component of NRCs ADAMS. ADAMS is accessible from the NRC Web site at http://www.nrc.gov/reading-rm/adams.html.
