Dear Sir:
Nuclear Fuel Services, Inc. (NFS) is hereby providing the NFS Emergency Plan,.NFS-GH-903, Revision 25, dated August 2019. Revision 25 has been reviewed and approved by the NFS Safety and Safeguards Review Council (SSRC). In accordance with 10 CFR Part 70, Section 70.32 (i), NFS has determined that the changes reflected in Revision 25 do not decrease the effectiveness of the Emergency Plan, and an amendment of SNM License 124 is not requested. Revision 25 replaces Revision 24, dated September 2018. It will become effective on August 1, 2019.* Revision 24 should be destroyed or returned to NFS on or after that date.
