It is approaching 30 days since I sent the draft EA for Rancho Seco and I was wondering if you had any questions or comments you would like to share. Hello Gonzalo,
Next week you should receive a letter signed by Cinthya I. Román requesting your review of the attached draft EA for the Rancho Seco Independent Spent Fuel Storage Installation, located in Sacramento Ca. Please submit any comments you may have within 30 days of the receipt of the letter to the ATTN: Ms. Cinthya I. Román, U.S. Nuclear Regulatory Commission, 11555 Rockville Pike, Mail Stop: T-4B16, Rockville, Maryland 20852. It would help me if you also send me an email with any comments.
The draft EA is not publically available and is limited for use by the staff of the California Department of Public Health and should not be disclosed without prior NRC permission.
