- or the Fundamental Nuclear MateiialControl Plan (FNMCP)for the Columbia Fuel FabricatimfFacility....
The revisions consists of changes processed in accordance with Materials License SNM-1107 Safeguards Condition SG-1.1. The changes are identified by marginal lines, with descriptions of the changes provided in the revision record.
This revision does not decrease the effectiveness of the plan and is processed in accordance with and pursuant to 1 OCFR 70.32 ( c) and SNM-1107 License Condition SG-1.1. This revision is administrative in nature addressing organizational and procedural matters, has no construction impact and is related to safeguards matters.
