Nuclear Fuel Services - Extension of time for submittal of funding instruments Date:
Monday, July 08, 2019 10:07:00 AM On June 24, 2019, we issued a letter providing interim approval of your decommissioning cost estimate and requesting submittal of funding instruments within 30 days of the date of the letter (ADAMS no. ML19172A121). We have considered your request for more time to obtain funding instruments from the Navy and financial institutions. We find good cause to extend the due date to 90 days from the date of the letter (September 23).
