Changes to the Owners, Officers, Directors, and Executive Personnel Form for URENCO USA, LLC Pursuant to 10 CFR 95.17(a)(1 ), Louisiana Energy Services, LLC ("LES"), also dba URENCO USA ("UUSA"), herewith provides a revision to the Owners, Officers, Directors, and Executive Personnel (OODEP) form, effective June 14, 2019. Melissa Mann resigned from each of her roles within the Urenco organization, including her role on the LES Board of Managers Enclosures (1) and (2) contain personally identifiable information; therefore, UUSA requests the enclosures be withheld from public disclosure in accordance with 1 O CFR 2.390.
