Pursuant to 550. SO and/or 550. 90 of the Commissi'on='s Rules and Regulations,

as appropriate, any amendment of a license or construction permit. or any transfer of a license must fully discuss the changes proposed and follow

. as far as applicable the form prescribed for original applications, Included with the material that must be subnitted to effectuate either an amendment or a transfer. when new partici~jants ar'e being added to a license or construction permit is the information requred in 550,33a of the Rules and Regulations.

.In order to expedite the processing of either an amendment or a transfer, it is suggested that the antitrust information for each new participant

.should be submitted to the Cormissior through you as the lead applicant.
