Dear Mr. Saverot:

We are pleased to submit revision 20 of the HI-STAR 100 Safety Analysis Report (SAR) in support of the License Amendment Request (LAR) in [ 1]. This SAR revision reflects additional editorial enhancements incorporated under Holtec QA program in support of the LAR [l].

Enclosures 1 and 2 contain Holtec Report No. HI-951251 Revision 20 titled "Safety Analysis Report on the HI-STAR 100 Cask System" in both proprietary and non-proprietary versions, respectively. is an affidavit prepared in accordance with 10 CFR 2.390 requesting that Enclosure 1 containing Holtec proprietary information be withheld from public disclosure.
