ATR FFSC SAR Amendment Revision 15, Roadmap and Update Guide 6/26/19 Table of changes for ATR FFSC SAR Revision 15 (Revised Small Quantity Payload Description)

Explicit exclusion of reactivity-enhancing materials is added to the discussion to ensure that all small quantity payloads are bounded by the criticality evaluation in Section 6.11.
Section 1.2.2.4.1 through Section 1.2.2.4.6 Removed.
The specificity of information in these sections is not necessary given the revised description of the Small Quantity Payload.
Section 1.2.2.6 Updated figure number for figure of Cobra fuel element.
Several figures were deleted requiring renumbering.
