- 14. DESCRIPTION OF AMENDMENT/MODIFICATION (Organized by UCF section headings, including solicitation/contract subject matter where feasible.)
The purpose of this modification is to:
(1) Exercise option CLIN 10001, Option CLIN for continuation of work from CLIN 00001, thereby increasing the Base and Exercised Options amount by $44,176.12 from $602,071.50 to $646,247.62; and (2) Obligate funds in the amount of $100,000.00 thereby increasing the total obligated amount from $512,707.13 to $612,607.13.

NRC-HQ-25-14-E-0004 NRC-HQ-25-16-T-0001 M0010 Page 3 of 3 Accordingly, clause NRCB044 Consideration and ObligationIndefinite-Quantity Contract, is revised to read as follows:
NRCB044 CONSIDERATION AND OBLIGATIONINDEFINITE-QUANTITY CONTRACT (a) The estimated total quantity of this contract for the products/services under this contract is $646,247.62 of which the sum of represents the estimated reimbursable costs, and of which represents the fixed fee.
(b) The Contracting Officer will obligate funds on each task order issued.
(c) The amount currently obligated by the Government with respect to this contract is
$612,707.13, of which the sum of represents the estimated reimbursable costs, and of which represents the fixed-fee.
(d) This is an incrementally-funded contract and FAR 52.232 Limitation of Funds applies.
(e) A total estimated cost and fee, if any, will be negotiated for each task order and will be incorporated as a ceiling in the resultant task order. The Contractor shall comply with the provisions of FAR 52.232 Limitation of Cost for fully-funded task orders and FAR 52.232 Limitation of Funds for incrementally-funded task orders, issued hereunder.
