REGULATORY COMMITMENT CHANGE REPORT FOR 2018 This constitutes the annual Regulatory Commitment Change Report consistent with the Millstone Power Station's Regulatory (MPS) Commitment Management Program.

On December 19, 2018, Dominion Energy Nuclear Connecticut (DENC) submitted to the Nuclear Regulatory Commission (NRC), a regulatory commitment change associated with NRC Bulletin 2012-01, Design Vulnerability in Electric Power Systems (ML18361A573). Specifically DENC revised the completion date for the Open Phase Isolation System (OPIS) for MPS2 and MPS3 from December 31, 2019, to December 31, 2020, to accommodate the completion of Open Phase Condition modification and an extended monitoring period prior to placing the OPIS in protection mode.

During 2018, there were no additional regulatory commitment changes for MPS1, MPS2, MPS3 or the ISFSI.
