During the report review, the NRC staff identified several issues prohibiting completion of the review. The NRC requested additional information and corrections as documented in Reference 2.

In Reference 3, ZS provided a detailed response to the issues identified and committed to a number of actions to be taken to correct the errors in the report and to prevent recurrence.

Regulatory Commitment #7 in Enclosure 2 of Reference 3 was to resubmit the revised Final Status Survey (FSS) Report -Phase 1 addressing the errors. The revised FSS Report - Phase 1 is included as the enclosure to this letter.
