Enclosed is the schedule of inspections to be performed by the U.S. Nuclear Regulatory Commission (NRC) inspectors at BWXT Nuclear Operations Group, Inc. (NOG) facility in Lynchburg, VA for calendar year 2020. The inspection schedule is provided in advance to minimize the resource impact on your staff and allow for the resolution of any scheduling conflicts and personnel availability issues, well in advance of inspector arrival onsite.

Please note that inspections related to non-safeguards are included in a separate letter. In addition, any regional initiative or other reactive inspection is not included. If circumstances arise which cause the NRC inspectors to change the dates of the planned inspections, we will contact you to discuss the change as early as possible.
