VENDOR INSPECTION OF KHNP WASHINGTON DC CENTER

Dear Mr. Oh:

This letter documents the U.S. Nuclear Regulatory Commission (NRC) staffs plan to perform an inspection of KHNP Washington DC Center to review implementation of your Safeguards Information Protection program in accordance with Title 10 of the Code of Federal Regulations (10 CFR) Part 73. Specifically, the program and its implementation, will be reviewed as they pertain to KHNPs design development. As discussed through conference call on June 19, 2019, the inspectors plan to arrive at the Vienna, VA facility, on Wednesday, July 17, 2019, and will conduct the inspection through Thursday, July 18, 2019. Subsequent to the inspection, a report will be issued and transmitted to you via letter.
