RE~~~SE D INTERIM I./ I FINAL We reached out to the Offices of Administration (ADM) and Region IV (RIV) to search for any records responsive to your request; however, no responsive records were located. Staff in the Office of New Reactors (NRO) informed us that "they would not request copies of the contracts that a licensee has with the company that is building the plant." Accordingly, we
- would expect records relating to this construction to be in the possession of the licensee.
