Dear Mr. Beard:
Enclosed is the schedule of inspections to be performed by the US. Nuclear Regulatory Commission (NRC) inspectors at Global Nuclear Fuel-Americas, L.L.C (GNF-A) for calendar year 2020. The inspection schedule is provided in advance to minimize the impact of resources on your staff and to allow for the resolution of any scheduling conflicts and personnel availability issues, well in advance of inspectors onsite arrival.
Please note that inspections related to non-safeguards inspections are included in a separate letter. In addition, any other regional initiative or reactive inspection is not included. If circumstances arise which cause us to change the dates of the planned inspections, we will contact you to discuss the change as early as possible. Please contact Thomas A. Grice at (404) 997-4477 with any questions or concerns you may have regarding this letter or the inspection schedule.
In accordance with Title 10 of the Code of Federal Regulations Section 2.390 of the NRC's Rules of Practice and Procedure, this letter and its enclosure contain sensitive information, and therefore, are exempt from public disclosure.
