Columbiana Hi Tech Nuclear Quality Assurance Manual, Revision 2, dated February 8, 2016 Columbiana Hi Tech, LLC (CHT) has been integrated into the TN Americas LLC Quality Assurance Program Description and therefore requests termination of the subject program approval.
Certificates of Compliance previously issued to CHT under 1 OCFR71 have been transferred to TN Americas LLC and no activity is being performed under the referenced QA program.
Records describing activities affecting packaging quality that were performed by CHT shall be maintained for 3 years after this Quality Assurance Program Approval is terminated.
