Dear Mr. Beard:
Enclosed is the schedule of inspections to be performed by the U.S. Nuclear Regulatory Commission (NRC) inspectors at Global Nuclear Fuel - Americas (GNF-A) for calendar year 2020. The inspection schedule is provided in advance to minimize the impact of resources on your staff and to allow for the resolution of any scheduling conflicts and personnel availability issues, well in advance of inspectors onsite arrival.
Please note that inspections related to Safeguards are not included in this schedule. In addition, any regional initiative or other reactive inspection is not included. If circumstances arise which cause the NRC inspectors to change the dates of the planned inspections, we will contact you to discuss the change as early as possible. Please contact Thomas A. Grice at (404) 997-4477 with any questions or concerns you may have regarding this letter or the inspection schedule.
In accordance with 10 CFR 2.390 of the NRCs Rules of Practice and Procedure, a copy of this letter and its enclosure will be made available electronically for public inspection in the NRC Public Document Room or from the Publicly Available Records (PARS) component of the NRC's document system (ADAMS).
