Receipt of Proposed Regulations for RATS ID 2018-1 and 2018-2
Dear Mr. Broderick:
The Office of Nuclear Material Safety and Safeguards has received your email dated May 24, 2019, transmitting the Oklahoma Proposed Regulations to RATS ID 2018-1 and 2018-2 and addressing two previous NRC comments from RATS 2013-2. Lizette Roldan-Otero will perform the review, and it is our goal to complete the review within 60 days.
