Submittal of Ft. Stain Vrain (Docket 72-0009) Independent Spent Fuel Storage Installation Biennial Update Report for 2019 (CLN191409)
Dear Sir or Madam:
Pursuant to 10 CFR 72.70(c)(6), the Department of Energy, Idaho Operations Office (DOE-ID) is pleased to submit the biennial Final Safety Analysis Report (FSAR) for the Ft. Saint Vrain (FSV) Independent Spent Fuel Storage Installation (ISFSI). Changes implemented in the FSAR are summarized in the enclosed report.
In addition, this submittal constitutes the biennial report of changes made pursuant to 10 CFR 72.48(d)(2). Changes, tests, and experiments reviewed pursuant to 10 CFR 72.48 are also summarized in the enclosed report. None of the changes reviewed required a license amendment in accordance with 10 CFR 72.56.
The DOE-ID ISFSI License Manager certifies that the changes described in the enclosure accurately represent FSV ISFSI FSAR changes implemented since the previous update submitted June 1, 2017.
