[External_Sender] Semi-Annual Trash Rack Inspection Report In accordance with Terms & Conditions #5.d of the Amended Incidental Take Statement National Marine Fisheries Service issued to Entergy Indian Point on February 9, 2018, we are required to notify NMFS and the US Nuclear Regulatory Commission within one week of completion of each diver inspection of the trash racks, and include the relevant completed diver forms. The semi-annual trash rack inspections at IP2 and IP3 began on June 3, 2019 and were completed on June 13, 2019. There were no observations of any Atlantic or Shortnose Sturgeon, or parts thereof during the inspection. Therefore, there are no completed forms to attach here.
