TERMINATION OF CERTIFICATE OF COMPLIANCE NO. 9336 FOR THE MODEL NO. HI-STAR 60 PACKAGE
Dear Ms. Manzione:
This letter is to inform you that the NRC did not receive a request to renew your Certificate of Compliance No. 9336 which expired on May 31, 2019. Accordingly, the authority to use the HI-STAR 60 package under the general license provisions of Title 10 of the Code of Federal Regulations (10 CFR) 71.17 or under the provisions of 49 CFR 173.471, is terminated.
