• Failed to adequately correct a degraded scavenging air check valve which resulted in an emergency diesel generator failure during testing

• Diesel unavailable for 196 days (White Risk)

• Exelon repaired the diesel and returned it to service 15

• During the third quarter of 2018, Peach Bottom transitioned to the Regulatory Response Column based on the White Finding related to the emergency diesel generator.

• Supplemental Inspection is in progress under NRC Inspection Procedure 95001.
