SIERRA CLUBS NOTICE OF APPEAL FROM ATOMIC SAFETY AND LICENSING BOARD RULING DENYING INTERVENTION Pursuant to 10 C.F.R. § 2.311, Sierra Club hereby appeals to the Nuclear Regulatory Commission from the Ruling entered by the Atomic Safety and Licensing Board on May 7, 2019. The Ruling held that none of Sierra Clubs contentions were admissible. Sierra Club appeals the denial of Contentions 1, 4, 8, 9, 11, 15, 16, 17, 18, 19, and 26.
