[External_Sender] RE: Citizenship Certification Afternoon Wendy, My apologies in advance - it appears securing some of the documentation required is presenting more of a challenge than anticipated. Legal has advised me it could take several more days.
Once SMUD has positioned itself to make the certification I will forward in a reply email.
The matrix provides certification of citizenship and the basis document used. No PII will be included in the submittal.

[External_Sender] Citizenship Certification Morning Wendy, I received confirmation on the US citizenship of SMUDs Board of Directors and Executive team on Friday, however our legal staff is looking to secure a couple last pieces of documentation prior to submitting the requested certification.
Legal anticipates having everything by end of business today, at which time I will submit the certification.
Would you prefer a written submittal for docketing or a simple email response?
