Attached is an RWR prepared for the UT Amendment to prepare their fuel elements for shipment. Initially I thought I might be able to do the review myself, but they describe modifying these fuel elements to be able to insert them into a shipping container. I need a crit blessing on this. I have informally discussed this with Jeremy Munson and he says he has the space in his life to be working this.
