Dear Mr. Schierman:
In accordance with the Office of Federal and State Materials and Environmental Management Programs (FSME) Procedure SA-118, the U.S. Nuclear Regulatory Commission (NRC) staff shall schedule a meeting with you and members of your staff approximately nine months after the effective date of the Agreement. During the meeting, we will also discuss planning for your first full Integrated Materials Performance Evaluation Program (IMPEP) review.
The meeting should not require more than one day. This letter confirms that, based on our previous discussions, the meeting will be held in your offices on June 27, 2019. In addition to myself, Linda Howell, Acting Division Director, Region IV, Division of Nuclear Materials Safety, and Stephen Poy from NRCs Office of Nuclear Materials Safety and Safeguards will be in attendance.
Based on our discussions, the topics for discussion at the meeting are listed in the enclosed agenda. Please let me know if there are any additional specific topics you would like to cover. If you have any questions, please contact me at (817) 200-1143, or via email at Randy.Erickson@nrc.gov.
