The Office of Nuclear Material Safety and Safeguards has received your email dated May 20,2019, transmitting the New Jersey Revised ProposedRegulations toincorporate 10CFR35, 10CFR71 and address two NRC comments from a previous review of New Jersey Administrative Code 7:28 1.5 and 1.6. John Miller will perform the review, and it is our goal to complete the review within 60 days.
