Good morning Edna,
I received a message from the organization that processes the incoming correspondence. One of the documents that you submitted is a NON-PROPRIETARY version of the application. In order to finalize processing your application, you need to remove the statement at the bottom of the first page of your submittal (see attached document) of the document that you identified as NON-PROPRIETARY. The NON-PROPRIETARY should not have statements or markings that identify the information as proprietary (e.g., business privileged).
Please remove PROPRIETARY markings or statements from the NON-PROPRIETARY submittal and provide the revised document for proper filing. You can submit the document electronically, if more than one page needs to be revised.
If the attached page is the only page that needs to be revised, you can email it to me and I will provided it to the appropriate individual(s).
