Purpose:

The purpose of this pre-submittal meeting between Exelon Generation Company, LLC (Exelon) and NRC staff is to discuss a potential future license amendment request regarding the relaxation of containment differential pressure requirements and the modification of the torus level band at the James A. FitzPatrick Nuclear Power Plant.
